The consultancy’s proprietor is registered in the Register of Managers of Over-indebtedness Problems held by the Minister of Justice in the context of procedures for the resolution of problems faced by parties not able to institute bankruptcy proceedings, such as professional and private agricultural businesses, overwhelmed by excessive debt compared with the prospects for settlement, and also in the case of partners who provided surety over time to the banking system. A number of referrals have already been received from the Agency for Resolution of Over-indebtedness Problems within the Lucca Association of Professional Accountants and Advisers.
