The new instrument of Patti di Famiglia (family agreements) introduced into Italian law, enables the heir appointed to run the business to be named while the entrepreneur is still in charge of his company, and the various shares in the assets to be assigned to the other heirs, without it being possible to challenge this agreement at a later stage. The consultancy has extensive experience in the resolution of complex cases of transferring businesses between generations.
The consultancy ensures the fulfilment of all tax obligations on companies and businesses in general and on the partners, from determination of the tax due to the completion of tax returns. Ongoing support is provided in the form of updates on new taxation provisions.
The consultancy provides assistance in the case of disputes between partners, whether in court or out of court, taking the role of technical consultant on behalf of a party or arbitrator, in cases where arbitration is provided for in the articles of association, and taking the place of the partner represented in the meeting. La gestione della tesoreria aziendale, soprattutto per le società che operano con una pluralità di banche, sta divenendo uno strumento indispensabile per prevenire e risolvere shock finanziari.
Lo studio fornisce assistenza per l’individuazione di programmi che gestiscono la pianificazione di incassi e pagamenti sulla base dei dati conosciuti per scadenze prestabilite e delle esperienze medie del passato, così da fornire all’imprenditore un supporto necessario nell’effettuazione delle proprie scelte.
